[Share] skills XML {buff time changer}

i hope it is not been shared before if it has a mod pls delete it,i found this on a pack i dwld it changes buff times hope it helps some ppl

put this in your stats/skills folder insert buffs id,enter the time in secs,press start and your buffs are all changed  to whatever you have set the time,it will help those that have requested help on buff times{I changed  all my buff times in less than 10secs}
